本品为水溶性，不会对部件表面产生影响，但有可能会对贴纸产生轻微软化腐蚀。
MS-232介绍：
瓶内所装液体可明显看到下面有一层白色沉淀，此贴软剂对水贴纸不仅起到软化的作用，同时也补充了水贴纸本身背胶的不足的情况。
有些模型配备的水贴纸比较厚，硬度也很强，并且贴纸本身自带的胶性很少，粘贴到有弧型或是有凹凸的模型表面附着力不强，会出现水贴纸不服贴的现象，这个时候就要用到蓝盖背胶贴纸软化剂MS-232了。
使用方法：
先将本品充分摇匀，摇匀后为一种乳白色的液体。在上过漆的模型表面用瓶内自带的刷子刷上去一些贴软剂，贴软剂不能多，刷上一遍就好，因为刷的过多或擦拭不够及时，会有腐蚀面漆的可能。之后将泡过的水贴纸移到所要粘贴的位置，就是涂过软化剂的位置，用镊子将贴纸方位调整合适，之后用棉签将下面多余的贴纸软化剂吸取干净，之后再用软化剂涂到已经贴好的贴纸上面，用棉签再次吸取干净贴软剂。有些人会在这个时候发现贴纸面表不平整或者说是起皱了，这是因为上了贴软剂的原故，皱的不厉害没关系，这种现象很正常，等到贴纸软化剂干透了，褶皱会自然平的。
另一种现象是感觉贴纸很皱。那是自己没贴好了，时间不长也还好，用手指沾些水点到贴纸的位置，将贴纸重新用水泡起来，这样可以再次调整贴纸位置，但是动作要轻，如果贴纸干透在模型面上就不行了，剩下的就要靠自己多多练习了。
